Join us for “ resiliency yoga” , as we practice mental and biological strengths necessary to navigate change in our lives. Use body awareness, personal insight and individual choice to untie the “ knots” in your life.
In this class you will learn breathing techniques to calm and focus the mind along with movement and body techniques to go inward and connect to your truth- the catalyst for sustained growth. This class is influenced by the Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy style of yoga classes.
