Individual Services at hOMe Collective

At hOMe Collective we believe that every modality has the power to support you mind, body and spirit. It’s impossible to separate our whole selves in this way. As Dr. Henry Emmons stated, “I don’t see the Mind, Body and Spirit as separate things- they are just different reflections of a unified whole”. For example, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy uses the body as vehicle for introspection and transformation, starting with the body to support mind, body, and spirit! And, in the name of clarity, we’ve attempted to categorize our individual services in terms of which angle they begin with to support your whole being: mind, body, spirit.

Therapeutic Massage

Our bodies hold so much tension from our day to day life. Choose to restore and nourish your body through a therapeutic massage. Our practitioners have a wide array of specialties and approaches to meet the needs of you and your body right where you are.

Classical Five-Element Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient system of medicine that works with the energy of the body, called Qi (pronounced CHEE).  This energy runs through the body via channels or meridians to supply the entire being with life-giving properties.  The goal of acupuncture treatment is to correct imbalances within the energy of the body.  In doing so, one may return to his/her natural state of balance, which often leads to the restoration of health.

Women’s Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

More commonly known as pelvic floor physical therapy, pelvic health physical therapy is physical therapy for the muscles, connective tissues, and organs of the abdominal and pelvic spaces. Pelvic health physical therapists are specially trained to perform assessments and treatments specific to the abdominal and pelvic spaces of the body in order to help release tight muscles, scars, and other tissues,
and retrain muscles, coordination, and balance in the pelvic areas.

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation and stress reduction. It is administered by “laying on hands” along the head and torso while lying fully clothed on a massage table. It releases negative energy held within your Body Mind & Spirit that limit your happiness. Reiki embraces your inner strength and restores balance in your being. You may experience reduced stress, pain relief, and notice wonderful changes that can lead to peace and calmness within.
