At hOMe Collective we believe that every modality has the power to support you mind, body and spirit. It’s impossible to separate our whole selves in this way. As Dr. Henry Emmons stated, “I don’t see the Mind, Body and Spirit as separate things- they are just different reflections of a unified whole”. For example, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy uses the body as vehicle for introspection and transformation, starting with the body to support mind, body, and spirit! And, in the name of clarity, we’ve attempted to categorize our individual services in terms of which angle they begin with to support your whole being: mind, body, spirit.


Integrated Mental Health

Our licensed mental health professional offer integrated approaches to supporting clients in working therapeutic goals to live their best lives. While all of our mental health therapists approach clients from a whole person perspective, they each have unique approaches and specialties to bring into the therapy office including Creative Arts Therapy, Walk & Talk Therapy, Couples Counseling, Biofeedback, Dance Movement Therapy, and Yoga & Mindfulness.

While all of our mental health specialists offer therapy in the office, they also have more creative, less traditional approaches as well. Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy

A Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (PYRT) session blends embodied movement with dialogue to support you in cultivating awareness, clarity and insight in your life. Through PRYT you can experience the embodiment of sensations, emotions, and memories as you choose which places of insight and potential you with to explore more fully. PRYT is a facilitated opportunity to use your body as a vehicle for introspection, self-discovery, and deeper alignment with self. 

Therapeutic Massage

Our bodies hold so much tension from our day to day life. Choose to restore and nourish your body through a therapeutic massage. Our practitioners have a wide array of specialties and approaches to meet the needs of you and your body right where you are. 

Structural Integration & Rolfing

Structural Integration & Rolfing is a process of re-education of the body through movement and touch. It systematically releases patterns of stress and impaired function. The primary focus of Structural Integration is facilitating the relationship between gravity and the human body. Structural Integration has been known to increase breathing capacity, flexibility, mobility, and overall body functioning. Feel more at ease in your structure and being. 


CranioSacral is a subtle yet powerful bodywork tool that can help many different chronic and acute symptoms including: stress, anxiety, auto-immune disorders, pain, TMJ, migraines, and much more. A typical session includes light pressure to the feet, along the spine, and at the skull, plus any additional places in need of attention and balancing.

Nutritional Therapy 

Nutritional Therapy uses a detailed 6 step approach where Caroline collaborates with clients to create an eating and lifestyle plan that supports their unique bio-individual needs. Through this client-centered approach, she addresses root cause imbalances that could lead to nagging symptoms and prevent progress towards reaching health goals. The main points of focus are digestion, blood sugar regulation, hydration, mineral balance and fatty acids status. As the roots of health are nurtured and restored, vitality and a zest for life follows.



Reiki is a gentle yet powerful Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation and stress reduction. It is administered by “laying on hands” along the head and torso while lying fully clothed on a massage table. It releases negative energy held within your Body Mind & Spirit that limit your happiness. Reiki embraces your inner strength and restores balance in your being. You may experience reduced stress, pain relief, and notice wonderful changes that can lead to peace and calmness within.
